I am always very pleased to offer
my assistance to anyone in my constituency. My priority
is to respond personally to correspondence from constituents
who live in the Saskatoon-Humboldt riding.
I wish we could respond personally
to each and every email and letter that we receive. However,
my Ottawa Office alone receives anywhere from 200 to 400
emails and letters each and every day from concerned citizens
and organized groups all across Canada (and frequently from
the US and other countries). Between the three MP offices
(Ottawa, Saskatoon and Humboldt) we have three public email
and mailing addresses, so you can imagine the high volume
of correspondence that accumulates every day. In Ottawa,
it would be a full-time job to respond individually to each
and every email and letter. My staff and I feel that that
would not be a valuable use of taxpayers' dollars.
Please note that due to the high
volume of correspondence received, my office is unable to
respond to form letters, website generated form e-mails
or other spam-like communications.
We have discovered that the only
way for us to respond efficiently to constituents is to
ask for a postal address. If you are a constituent and would
like your message to be flagged as priority 'Constituent
Correspondence', please provide your postal address.
Sincerely,
Brad Trost, MP Saskatoon-Humboldt
